HATHA YOGA

This hatha yoga class is designed to increase muscle and bone strength, functional mobility as well as work on physical, mental and emotional balance. It will provide students with yogic tools to help handle the adjustments made necessary by the new normal with resiliency and emotional balance. Each session will focus on a particular set of poses sequenced to work on certain physical goals such as upper body strength, core strength or flexibility. Breathing exercises will be taught to help manage stress and will culminate with a guided mediation or relaxation.

All levels are welcome and modifications are given if needed. Yoga blocks and straps may be needed.

Therapeutic one on one yoga sessions via online platforms are also available for those dealing with various ailments.

pye trinidad

Pye Trinidad has been teaching since 2005. After the relief she experienced from daily back pain plaguing her every morning, she realized that yoga was something truly special. Mentally her mind was less cluttered and better able to focus, and emotionally balanced. She felt a greater peach within. It as then that she decided to take her first teacher training. Since then, she has been fortunate to have been given the opportunity to share this amazing practice in Manila, Victoria BC, Shanghai and Hong Kong to a diverse group students all around the world. In line with her motto “Take your practice seriously and yourself – not so much”, she keeps her classes light–hearted. She teaches compassion and encourages her students to mindfully explore the sensations in their body and the workings of their mind, so that they group more aware of the light within that is their true essence. It is here hope that her students experience yoga’s profound transformative effects so that they may enrich their own lives and the lives of those around them.
