FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAM
A full body workout starting with warm up exercises, main exercise regime and cool down program customized to the client’s needs. Main exercise includes the five (5) basic work out that allows basic functional movement: Balance, Agility, Cardio, Flexibility and Strength workouts. Classes are conducted within an hour, by appointment with the Fitness Coach. Packages for One-on-One Fitness Training, Partner Training (2 pax) and Group Training (3-4 pax) are available.
