Qi Gong

Classes focus on smooth, easy-to-follow movements paired with proper breathing techniques. The exercises are simple and repetitive, making them easy to learn even for beginners. Participants are guided step by step to move at their own comfortable pace.

Through regular practice, Qi Gong can help improve balance, flexibility, circulation, and coordination. It may also help reduce stress, ease body stiffness, and promote better relaxation and sleep. More than just physical exercise, Qi Gong encourages calmness and focus. With proper breathing and gentle movement, it helps improve the body’s natural energy flow, supporting overall wellness and a peaceful state of mind.
