Tai Chi (weekdays)

Because the movements are smooth, controlled, and low impact, Tai Chi is especially suitable for seniors and individuals who prefer light exercise that is easy on the joints.

Classes focus on proper posture, alignment, and coordinated breathing. Movements are taught step by step, allowing participants to learn at a comfortable pace. The sequences are gradual and easy to follow, making Tai Chi accessible even for beginners with no prior experience.

With regular practice, Tai Chi can help improve balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and circulation. It may also reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and promote better relaxation and sleep. More than just physical exercise, Tai Chi cultivates calmness, body awareness, and steady focus—supporting long-term vitality, resilience, and overall well-being.
