PAINTING WITH LOIDA "LAIYAN" BALUBAYAN
In this painting workshop, Laiyan will teach the students the basics – from the simple blending and proper mixing of acrylic colors, how to use the brush and palette, the study of dark, light, highlight and shadow and color theory. The students will also learn how to paint basic landscape, seascape, and still life (jar, fruits, and table). Workshop open to 15 years old and above.

Aside from being a part of a family of painters, Loida “LAIYAN” Balubayan has now been practicing art for 12 years. She is also a member of several artist groups and organizations. One of them is AAP (Arts Association of the Philippines), headed by none other than Maestro Fidel M.Sarmiento. She has also participated in various group exhibits and art contests.
Aside from being a part of a family of painters, Loida “LAIYAN” Balubayan has now been practicing art for 12 years. She is also a member of several artist groups and organizations.
