Dekada’s dance workout routine is not just to mindlessly move. Its routine enhances body strength, mobility and flexibility. It starts with warm up and conditioning exercises. Continued with cardio flow, some fun ‘swag’ or attitude/confidence in dancing, and ends with modified TRX for strengthening and cool down.

Licensed Dance Fitness Instructor & Movement Coach

Mark started dancing professionally at the age of 12 (1993), and choreography and movement coaching at 18 (1999) . At the age of 25 (2006) he started teaching dance fitness workshops.

He is also an artist development/movement coach for the stars. He is also a multi-genre international dance choreographer/coach for television, movies and private events.

Truly a dance innovator in his own right, he has worked with popular prime time shows in the country namely, Eat Bulaga, SOP, Party Pilipinas, ASAP, It's Showtime, X-Factor PH, The Voice, Walang Tulugan with the Master Showman, Celebrity Duets, Lypsync Battle Philippines and more.
