SENIOR FITNESS

Sunshine Place’s Fitness Gym is managed by competent fitness coaches of Life-Care Fitness Management, Inc., sister-company carrying Life Cycle fitness exercises machines.

Together, online classes offered are

FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAM

A full body workout starting with warm up exercises, main exercise regime and cool down program customized to the client’s needs. Main exercise includes the five (5) basic work out that allows basic functional movement: Balance, Agility, Cardio, Flexibility and Strength workouts. Classes are conducted within an hour, by appointment with the Fitness Coach and is recommended for all ages.

POWER STRETCH

This 30-minute one-on-one session with a Fitness Coach aims to provide more brief and lighter exercise regime for specifically for seniors. At the same time, the session warms and stretches the body, reinvigorating sleeping nerves and muscles.

She is a Fitness Personal and Group Trainer qualified for all ages. Recently she acquired basic training in Physiotherapy for senior citizens.

She is a fitness coach under Life-Care Management, Inc for 4 years. She is a resident fitness trainer at Sunshine Place: Senior Recreation Center of the same tenure.

Danica conducts acessory-based and body weight workouts suited for elderly.

Philip is a Fitness Personal and Group Trainer qualified for all ages. Recently he acquired basic training in Physiotherapy for senior citizens. He also provides basic diet plants as requested.

He is a fitness coach under Life-Care Management, Inc for 4 years. He is a resident fitness trainer at Sunshine Place: Senior Recreation Center for 2 years.

richard olivas

Richard is a Fitness Personal and Group Trainer qualified for all ages. Recently he acquired basic training in Physiotherapy for senior citizens.

He is a fitness coach under Life-Care Management, Inc for 4 and half years in supervisory position. He is a resident fitness trainer at Sunshine Place: Senior Recreation Center for 3 years.

Richard was a delegate of Asia Fitness conference (2017 & 2020) in Thailand.

He is an expert in body weight, accessory-based workout, weight loss and muscle-toning workouts.
